2023 Exhibitor Space Rates

The Northwest Flower & Garden Festival offers a wide range of booth options. Whether you are selling plants, garden tools or art, we have the right spot for you.

$21.79 PER SQ FT
Premium and Garden Artisan booths are located in the South Hall on both sides of the Show Gardens 


$19.99 PER SQ FT
Standard booths are located across the SkyBridge in the North Hall near the seminars and DIY workshops


$13.49 PER SQ FT
The Plant Market is located directly across the SkyBridge in the North Hall

An additional $99 is also part of your space agreement for your Exhibitor Listing. 

$150 per corner (except Plant Market spaces).

If your company doesn’t have a Seattle Business License, a temporary City of Seattle Business License is required to exhibit. There is a $50 charge for the temporary license for the five days of the show.

There are numerous storage opportunities for exhibitors. Storage rates are $3.49 per sq ft.

Your Investment Includes:

  • Standard black pipe and drape
  • Company identification sign
  • Five exhibitor wristbands for 100 - 200 square feet (additional wristbands are allotted for 300+ sq ft)

Each exhibitor must provide their own professional display including floor covering, lighting, tables/chairs. Rental options for all of these items are available on our Exhibitor Kit page.

Floor covering is mandatory for this event. Lighting will be optional but is strongly recommended. We encourage all our exhibitors to put their best foot forward and make their display professional and reflective of their business. Remember, you only have 3 seconds to make an impression!
