I am Maple Man aka Shyam Ananda. I am an arborist and artist, who specializes in pruning Japanese Maples as well as many other tree and shrub species. I find Japanese maples to be particularly challenging yet extremely gratifying. My belief is that aesthetics are a byproduct of functionality and health. I believe ones environment is everything for their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I love bringing trees to their greatest potential. It’s very rewarding to help trees since they give us so much and always have… but I really love to make people happy, see them smile and make their world a little better.

Trees deserve our love, care and respect; how we treat them says everything about us…
So I will prune your trees as if they were my own.
