Freelance writer and author, The Downsized Vegetable Garden

Kate Copsey is a freelance writer and the author of The Downsized Vegetable Garden, to be released by St. Lynn’s Press in January, 2016. Kate spent five years as the host of ‘America’s Home Grown Veggie Show.’ She now hosts a weekly radio show on general gardening that airs out of Atlanta. She has been a certified Master Gardener in Virginia since 2001, and has maintained active status since then in several different states. Through both the local MG system and privately, Kate presents to many different audiences on most garden topics, but the most common are vegetables, gardening with children, pruning and all season color in the garden. She is also active in the Garden Writers’ Association and currently volunteers as the Regional Director for that group.
