Link Light Rail & Bus
The Northwest Flower & Garden Show would like to encourage everyone to take public transportation to and from the show. It is safe, fast and very convenient.
In July of 2009, King County opened up the first of many light rail lines. The Central Link travels from Sea-Tac airport to downtown Seattle. The terminus of the light rail is Westlake Station. This station is just blocks from the entrance to the show. Click here for times, maps and more info on the Seattle Link Light Rail.
Just one block south of the main entrance to the show, King County Metro has a bus stop which services buses from all over the region. Bus routes 10, 11, 14, 43, 49, 84, 306, 308, 312, and 522 all have a stop at 6th and Pike. Please visit metro.kingcounty.gov for more information and to create a custom trip or click on one of the many bus icons located within the map above.

The following directions will guide you to the main parking entrance into the Convention Center off of 8th Avenue. Please note, there are many other lots within close proximity.
From I-5 Southbound (to primary parking entrance on 8th Avenue)
Take the Stewart Street Exit (Exit 166)
Left on Boren Avenue
Right on Seneca Street
Right on 8th Avenue
Parking entrance will be on the left
From I-5 Northbound and I-90 Westbound (to primary parking entrance on 8th Avenue)

Madison Street Exit (#164A)
Right on Madison Street
Left on 8th Avenue

From Capital Hill (to primary parking entrance on 8th Avenue)
Head Southwest on Madison (towards downtown Seattle)

Head North/Northwest on 4th Avenue
Take a right on Pike Street

Head Southeast on either 5th or 2nd Avenues

From the Seattle Ferry Terminal (to primary parking entrance on 8th Avenue)
Take a right onto Alaska Way (rights only from the ferry terminal)
Take a left onto King Street
Take another left onto 1st Avenue

Turn left onto 4th Street
Take a right on Pike Street
Right on 8th Avenue

On Foot
The main entrance into the Convention Center is located just off the corner of 7th & Pike, directly across the street from the Cheesecake Factory. Once inside the building, follow one of the many signs to the show.
Parking
There are many parking choices around the event. The Convention Center garage and Freeway Park Garage are conveniently located near the convention center. Please see the map for detail. Convention Center garage hours: 5:30am – Midnight and the Freeway Park garage hours are 5:30am – 8pm. Height restrictions are 6’5″ for WSCC and 6’9″ for Freeway Park Garage. If our vehicle won’t fit in the parking garage, there is an open air lot adjacent to Town Hall Seattle, 1119 8th Ave, Seattle 98101, townhallseattle.org/directions/. This lot is on the corner of 8th Ave & Seneca St, two blocks from WSCC main garage entrance.

Show Shuttle
The Northwest Flower & Garden Show DOES NOT offer a FREE shuttle from Northgate, or any other location around the city. This service hasn’t been offered for a few years. The Northwest Flower & Garden Show encourages all attendees to take advantage of public transit in order to get to the show. Scroll up towards the top of this page for info on how to get to the show via Light Rail or bus.
