All tickets purchased online have a $0.99 EventBrite service fee. This is a per ticket fee, not a per order fee. The $0.99 fee is added on the following ticket purchase page.
Tickets purchase over the phone have a flat $2 order fee. We encourage all Group tickets to be purchased over the phone. Purchasing tickets at a local retail outlet is the only way to NOT be charged a fee.
2-Day and 5-Day Passes purchased online MUST be exchanged at Will Call for a hard stock ticket prior to entry into the show. Just bring your electronic ticket to Will Call where it will be scanned for validity and a hard stock ticket will be given to you.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO ILLNESS, CHANGES IN TRAVEL, WEATHER OR ISSUE WITH PARKING.** This policy is no different than a sporting event or concert.
Please be aware that parking in downtown Seattle during weekdays can be challenging to someone who isn’t used to it or isn’t from the Seattle area. We highly recommend taking public transit to the show. We have many options on our Transportation page.
Tickets aren’t date specific. If you have purchased tickets and are unable to attend the event, tickets can be given to a family member or friend. Tickets are not attached to a single person.

Nurseries from Canada to Olympia, Port Angeles to Oak Harbor, and everywhere in between, all have tickets to purchase at their store. Please use the search area below to locate a ticket outlet near you! Buying tickets at a local nursery will also save you the $1 service fee (per ticket) from online ordering.

Tickets, posters and show preview guides are delivered the first week of December, and perfect for the holiday season.
Tickets to the show can be purchased by phone up to the day before the event. Tickets purchased by phone a week or more prior to the show will be mailed. Tickets purchased less than a week before the show will be held at Will Call.
All phone orders have a flat $2 shipping/handling fee. This isn’t a per ticket fee, but per order fee.

Tickets to the show can also be purchased on site at the Convention Center any day of the event, up until one hour prior to show closing each day.
Our show Box Office is located just inside the Atrium Lobby (the old South Lobby), which is just outside the main entrance into the show.
Adult single day tickets purchased at the Convention Center on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday of the show are $22 for an Adult.
Phone orders will not be accepted after 5pm on Tuesday, February 16th at 5pm. Tickets purchased on or after February 7th will be held at Will Call.
One of the best kept secrets of the show is the Half Day Ticket. This ticket can be purchased after 3pm (Wed-Sat) and after 2pm (Sunday) for entrance into the show for only $10. You can still see the entire show, just at half the price.
The Half Day Ticket is only available for purchase on site at the show, and can’t be purchase online or at a local retail outlet.
Tickets that are ordered by phone within 10 days of the show will be held at Will Call. The Will Call is conveniently located just inside the Atrium Lobby, directly adjacent to the Ticket windows.
Do you have your parties tickets and they haven’t arrive yet? You can also leave tickets at Will Call for a friend or family member before you enter the show.
