Pressed for time? Our daily Gardening 101 series — three 30-minute seminars focused on a single topic — has been a huge hit. Renowned plantsmen Tony Avent, Nick Macer and Sean Hogan will one-up each other with the coolest plants. Jeff Gillman, Linda Chalker-Scott and C.L. Fornari will bust garden myths that might be holding you back from a healthy organic garden. Other Gardening 101 topics will feature winter gardens, small space gardening and keeping country animals in city gardens.

New speakers on NWFGS stages for the first time include Fine Gardening magazine’s Danielle Sherry, ‘Perennial Diva’ Stephanie Cohen, social media star Shawna Coronado, nurseryman Roy Diblik, designers Rochelle Greayer and David Culp, and Cooking Light magazine blogger Mary Beth Shaddix, to name just a few. And of course our local favorites: Ciscoe Morris and his ‘better half’ Mary Morris, Lucy Hardiman, Debra Prinzing, Richie Steffen, Riz Reyes, Marianne Binetti, Sue Goetz, Jessi Bloom, Robin Haglund, Karen Chapman, Christina Salwitz, Lorene Edwards Forkner, Brian Minter and many more.
