If you want to be an exhibitor in the 2017 Northwest Flower & Garden Show, please fill out this application.

Before completing this application please read carefully the exhibitors guidelines, regulations and payments (click on link below). Returning exhibitors will receive priority consideration on submission of this application with 50% deposit. Product samples, photos or websites with clear images of products must be submitted with this application.

EXHIBITOR APPLICATION/CONTRACT FORM

Please click on the button to the right to download our new Exhibitor Application/Contract. This contract will be a downloadable form, and it also required two signatures. Depending on your computer’s software, you may need to print and fill this out by hand. Once completed, you can scan and email it back to us, fax it, or drop it in the mail.

If you do not return your SIGNED application/contract with at least a 50% deposit, your booth will not be reserved in the show.

Booth space will only be allocated once your signed Application/Contract and non-refundable deposit has been received. An Exhibit Sales Representative will confirm your booth space allocation with you.
