The Northwest Flower & Garden Show offers a wide range of booth options. Whether you are selling plants, garden tools or art, we have the spot that is right for you. All booths located on a corner will be charged an addition $100. The prices above do not include this extra charge.
There are numerous storage opportunities at the show for our exhibitors. Storage rates are $3.00 per sq’.
If your company doesn’t do business in the Seattle area on a regular basis, a temporary City of Seattle Business License is necessary to exhibit.
Please note this on your application and we will acquire this for you. There is a $25 charge for the temporary license for the five days of the show.

Every exhibitor from last year’s show WILL BE receiving a copy of the 2018 Exhibitor Brochure in the mail within the coming weeks.

It’s great to have a copy of this handy when you are talking with a sales representative about booth placement and location.
Please click on the button to the right to download our new Exhibitor Application/Contract. This contract will be a downloadable form, and it also required two signatures. Depending on your computer’s software, you may need to print and fill this out by hand. Once completed, you can scan and email it back to us, fax it, or drop it in the mail.
If you do not return your SIGNED application/contract with at least a 50% deposit, your booth will not be reserved in the show.
Booth space will only be allocated once your signed Application/Contract and non-refundable deposit has been received. An Exhibit Sales Representative will confirm your booth space allocation with you.
